Touched By An Angel

Miguel Angel Asturias is an esteemed poet, novelist, diplomat, and a recipient of a Nobel Prize for Literature. Going through his biographical sketch leaves someone with awe. What his family has undergone because of political disparities with those who are in position is daunting. I mean, the thought of defying somebody in position sends shivers to our spines. It is more common to bear with the injustice and avoid the ramifications of being the lesser citizen. Aside from that, the way Miguel Angel pursued his passion is truly inspiring. His works deserved the respective recognitions each garnered. He has achieved the writer’s goals.
